QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Range 25 – 30 years old.
- Healthy.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in Customer Service, including Sales Jobs for both Export / Import in EMKL / Freight Forwarding Business
- Basic English Communication is a must.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Driving license holder ( SIM A ).
- Ready to work ASAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day-to-day Customer SVC activity, including sales jobs.
- Prepare and update the Quotation.
- Sales Meeting.
- Maintain good relationships with All Customers.
- Visiting Customers regularly.
- Discussion with overseas agents as well.
- Respond to and handle Customer feedback.
