- Good communication skills

- Able to speak Japanese will be beneficial
- Good analysis and detail-oriented

- Willing to work under pressure and face challenges

Job Description:
- Ensure the production process running smoothly
- Allocated people for production
- Set up a working manual referring to efficiency process and quality standard
- Prepare machine and tool for the production process
- Conduct improvement
