2. Having at least three years of experience handling Hemodialysis products.
3. Operating Microsoft Office (esp.: Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Good negotiation, presentation, leadership & communication skills.
5. Precise, detail, and self-motivated.
6. Able to work under pressure.

Job Description:

1. Drive product launches, including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
2. Build good relationships with Principals and customers.
3. Create training and coaching programs for the product and sales team.
4. Identify KOL and Work with the Principal to utilise the strategy with KOL.
5. Plan product promotions and control the use of costs for product promotion.
6. Control and Maintain the selling price of the product together with the sales team.
7. Ensure and work together with a sales team that the sales targets for responsible products that have been set can be achieved.
