Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Answering or referring inquiries.
- Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instructions.
- Monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma 3
- Good English, both oral & written.
- Familiar with the computer (Excel, Word).
- Work experience in the same position. Minimum one year.
