Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from a reputable university.
- A minimum of three years of work experience in litigation and a certificate of Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) & Kartu Tanda Pengenal Advokat (KTPA).
- Having work experience(s) in a law firm and financial/trading/leasing company would be an advantage.
- Understand and have a good comprehension of the law of Fiduciary Security and KUHP.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel out of town.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducting investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments.
- Prepare the appropriate legal advice and legal opinion.
- Prepare materials, including documents and evidence, and verify factual information for litigation cases.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Should necessary, assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in the collection process.
