Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role combines traditional marketing communications with digital marketing expertise to create a cohesive marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy:ย Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Content Creation:ย Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, email, and website, to engage and inform the target audience.
  3. Digital Advertising:ย Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  4. Social Media Management:ย Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and curating content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  5. Email Marketing:ย Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and measuring campaign success.
  6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):ย Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:ย Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  8. Branding:ย Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  9. Market Research:ย Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  10. Collaboration:ย Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to conduct interviews in the office (Offline Interviews)
  • Proven experience in marketing communications and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
