Job Description :

• Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
• Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs
• Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Job posting to new joiner onboarding
• other task from Management
• Manage and providing leadership to team member
• Manage employee employment contracts, both for new employees and updates for continued contracts
• Create and update Job Desc and SOP
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and discipline
• Familiar in managing & analyzing employee KPI calculations
• Publish and announce internal company memos

Qualification :

• Excellent written / oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills
• have high discipline and are able to work individually and in a team
• Master degree would be an advantage
• Placement in Margomulyo
