Lowongan Kerja Medan WINGS Group (HRGA)

1. Responsible for all administrative tasks (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance) related to Distribution Center employees.
2. Coordinate with internal/external parties regarding the needs of Distribution Center employees.
3. Responsible for the Distribution Center personnel recruitment process.

Requirement:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or similar major with min. GPA 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• For Supervisor, must have minimum 3-4 years of experience as Supervisor HR GA
• For Staff, fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience are welcome to apply (experienced as an HR generalist or related position is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Willing to be placed in around Sumatera.

Note:

*Specific placement will be determined based on business needs & urgency in area.

*Supervisor or Staff position will be determined based on candidate profile, experience and competency.
