Hundreds of companies use our products to assist their operations and logistics, including JNE, Alfamidi, FedEx, Club, Cleo, Anteraja, MGM Bosco, PO Rosalia Indah, Mulia Ceramics, Polda Jatim, Go Trans, AKAS, etc.
Currently, we are looking for the best candidate to become a Field Sales Specialist to join our winning team.
What will you do?
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Win a new potential customer (large company) deal in accordance with expected time by monitoring Pre-Sales Project management
- Understand and present McEasy products to customers and able to explore customer needs from the technical side of software and hardware
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to provide ideas to fulfill needs and requests from customers, also monitor the realization of these needs with a priority scale.
Requirements:
- SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information, and Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the Software/ Automotive / FMCG Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coverage: Medan, Deli, Pekanbaru, Palembang
