Job Description
- Selling watches
- Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
- Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Promote and offer the marketing promo
- Maintaining product stock availability
- Ensuring product and display material is in good condition
- Ensuring the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
- Supporting online sales
Qualification
- Maximum 28 years old
- Minimum SMA, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience as Sales in retail industry
- Watch enthusiasts is a plus
- Strong in persuading communication
- Willingness to commit to a long-term career in retail industry
- Passion for customer service-outstanding
- Discipline, meticulous, and pleasant attitude
- Able to work in shift/full shift
- Willing to be placed in Aeon Sentul, Living World Tangerang, HyperMall Bekasi, Plaza Atrium, Blok M Plaza
