Requirements:

- Proficiency in Mandarin for business proposals is a plus.

Job Description:
- Develop plans for business and development strategy
- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
- Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
- Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
- Provide suggestions, measures, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle business deals operations and activities
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and present a detailed report for upper management
Requirements:

Requirements:

- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

6. Instruktur
Job Description:
- Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
- Observe the operation of heavy equipment
- Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
- Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor, Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinaries
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major with Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Able to speak English is adventageous
- Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
- Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.
- Willing to be relocated all around Indonesia.
