Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years experiences specializing in Human Resources
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Must be good in English (able to communicate in Korean is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge in legal compliance matters
  • Advanced knowledge in Labor Law
  • Advanced computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Extremely well-organized and detail oriented
  • Strong in data analitic and reporting

Job Description:

  • Establishing HR Management System and developing HR planning strategies
  • Maintain the attendance of employee, overtime, annual leaves.
  • Advising monthly salary reviews, administering payroll, compensation and benefits (BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, JSHK)
  • Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, performance management
  • Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues eg. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions an performance management
