As a Customer Service & Support Manager, your role involves monitoring and reviewing all operational activities related to both offline and online business services. This includes Customer Service operations and administrative services related to Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce. The aim is to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

In This role, you will get to :

  1. Track and analyze customer service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response times, and customer complaints.
  2. Analyze customer service processes and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  3. Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  4. Identify and handle complex customer issues or complaints requiring specialized solutions.
  5. Implement strategies to address conflicts and enhance customer relationships.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and product management, to ensure seamless customer processes.
  7. Reviewing and preparing all supporting activities for Retail & Sales operations, including managing documentation for new and existing store openings (such as infrastructure and asset requests, etc.), handling monthly sales closing reports (sales vs. billing, consignment sales, repair sales), and managing Wholesale sales closing data, to deliver excellent operational support services for the Retail & Sales Division.
  8. Align customer strategies with company goals.

What you will Need to Succeed :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field with Minimum of 7 years of customer service management experience.
  2. In-depth understanding of best practices in customer service management.
  3. Analytical skills to analyze performance data and make decisions based on findings.
  4. Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Effective leader with strong leadership and motivational skills.
  6. Patience and the ability to deal with challenging customer situations.
  7. Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  8. Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, kab. Bandung
